Honda dealer Lallier Ste-Foy deserves to see the professionalism of its team recognized.
Having made the decision to change vehicles and opt this time for an Asian model rather than a European model, a selection of three brand choices was of interest.
I was surprised but amused by the condescending attitude of some dealers who capitalize on the appeal of their products and take advantage of consumer anxiety over the rarity of a model. Conversely, at Lallier Ste-Foy, I was welcomed in a friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. The available inventory allowed me to select the model that suited me in a simple and brief visit.
The delivery was made in the following days in a courteous and professional manner that had nothing to envy to the so-called prestige brands.
