I am 2 hours away from this dealership and I bought a vehicle remotely by talking with their salesman Noam by phone... He took the time to answer all my questions, takes his customers' files to heart . A lot of transparency on his part which gave me the confidence to travel and buy the vehicle.
Arrived on the scene 3 little things did not suit us, we agreed that he would fix 2 of the 3 things because after all it is a used vehicle and as a buyer we must do our part too... everything was accepted by him as well as the sales director (Alex)...
People of their word!
